Deze informatie wordt verstrekt conform Art. 3:15d BW (identificatie van een dienstverlener van de informatiemaatschappij). Apple Inc. en haar dochterondernemingen treden op als merchant of record voor alle App Store-transacties; betalingen, facturatie en restitutie verlopen via Apple.

WrapSheet is een productie-administratie iOS-app voor de Nederlandse filmindustrie. De app helpt freelancers en producties bij het bijhouden van:

• bonnen (waaronder herkenning via de Slimme Scanner)
• werkdagen, werkuren en voorwaarden
• kilometerregistratie
• voorschotten
• facturen (inclusief UBL 2.1 / NLCIUS-export)
• contacten, locaties en voertuigen

WrapSheet is beschikbaar voor iPhone, iPad en Mac via de App Store van Apple.

WrapSheet is a production-administration iOS app for the Dutch film industry. The app helps freelancers and productions track:

• receipts (including recognition via the Smart Scanner — "Slimme Scanner")
• workdays, working hours and rate-rule conditions
• mileage
• cash advances
• invoices (including UBL 2.1 / NLCIUS export)
• contacts, locations and vehicles

WrapSheet is available for iPhone, iPad and Mac through Apple's App Store.

Een account is optioneel. Je kunt WrapSheet volledig lokaal op elk apparaat gebruiken zonder account, met handmatige iCloud-back-up en herstel.

Een account is alleen vereist als je een abonnement afsluit (om de Slimme Scanner, draaiplanning-import en onbeperkte facturen/exports te ontgrendelen). Aanmelden gebeurt via Sign in with Apple.

Bij het aanmaken van een account ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• het verstrekken van correcte gegevens;
• de geheimhouding van je inloggegevens en eventuele tokens;
• alle handelingen die onder jouw account worden verricht.

De minimumleeftijd om een account aan te maken is 16 jaar (UAVG Art. 5). Door een account aan te maken verklaar je dat je 16 jaar of ouder bent.

An account is optional. You can use WrapSheet entirely locally on each device without an account, with manual iCloud backup and restore.

An account is only required if you take out a subscription (to unlock the Smart Scanner, draaiplanning import and unlimited invoices/exports). Sign-in is via Sign in with Apple.

When creating an account you are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• keeping your login credentials and any tokens confidential;
• all activity carried out under your account.

The minimum age to create an account is 16 years (UAVG Art. 5). By creating an account you confirm that you are 16 or older.

Prijs. Het WrapSheet-abonnement kost €7,99 per maand (EUR, inclusief eventueel verschuldigde btw). De eerste maand is gratis als introductie-aanbieding voor nieuwe abonnees.

Automatische verlenging. Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd aan het einde van iedere periode, tenzij je het opzegt ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode. Dit is de standaardprocedure van Apple voor in-app-abonnementen.

Annulering. Annuleren kan uitsluitend via Instellingen → Apple ID → Abonnementen op je Apple-apparaat. De betaling verloopt via Apple — wij hebben geen toegang tot je betaalmethode en kunnen geen abonnementen namens jou opzeggen.

Restitutie. Verzoeken om restitutie verlopen eveneens via Apple, via reportaproblem.apple.com. Wij kunnen geen rechtstreekse restituties uitkeren.

Gratis-niveau (free tier). Zonder actief abonnement geldt het gratis niveau met de volgende limieten:

• 1 actief project;
• maximaal 10 bonnen, 10 werkdagen, 10 kilometerritten en 10 voorschotten per project;
• 1 factuur per kalendermaand;
• 1 export per kalendermaand;
• de Slimme Scanner (AI-bonherkenning) en de draaiplanning-import zijn alleen beschikbaar voor abonnees.

Lees-modus na opzegging (lapsedOver). Als je een abonnement opzegt of laat verlopen en je hebt meer data opgeslagen dan de gratis limieten toelaten, schakelt WrapSheet over naar een read-only modus:

• je kunt al je bestaande data lezen;
• je kunt 1 keer per kalendermaand exporteren (zodat je altijd bij je gegevens kunt);
• je kunt entries verwijderen;
• je kunt geen nieuwe entries aanmaken totdat je weer onder de gratis limieten zit of een nieuw abonnement neemt.

Zodra je opnieuw een abonnement afsluit, herstelt WrapSheet automatisch volledige toegang tot al je data.

Herroepingsrecht (Art. 6:230o BW). Voor digitale diensten heb je in principe 14 dagen herroepingsrecht na het sluiten van de overeenkomst. Bij WrapSheet start de levering van de digitale dienst direct na activering van de gratis introductie-maand. Door de gratis maand te starten stem je er uitdrukkelijk mee in dat de uitvoering van de dienst onmiddellijk begint en erken je dat het herroepingsrecht vervalt zodra de eerste betaalde periode aanvangt. Deze procedure is volledig in lijn met de standaard Apple-abonnementsstroom (Art. 6:230p sub g BW).

Price. The WrapSheet subscription costs €7.99 per month (EUR, including any applicable VAT). The first month is free as an introductory offer for new subscribers.

Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. This is Apple's standard procedure for in-app subscriptions.

Cancellation. Cancellation is only possible via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Billing is handled by Apple — we do not have access to your payment method and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Refunds. Refund requests are also handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue direct refunds.

Free tier. Without an active subscription the free tier applies, with the following limits:

• 1 active project;
• up to 10 receipts, 10 workdays, 10 mileage trips and 10 cash advances per project;
• 1 invoice per calendar month;
• 1 export per calendar month;
• the Smart Scanner (AI receipt recognition) and the shooting-schedule import are subscriber-only features.

Read-only mode after cancellation (lapsedOver). If you cancel or let your subscription lapse and you have more data stored than the free tier allows, WrapSheet switches to a read-only mode:

• you can read all of your existing data;
• you can export once per calendar month (so you always retain access to your data);
• you can delete entries;
• you cannot create new entries until you are back below the free-tier limits or take out a new subscription.

Once you re-subscribe, WrapSheet automatically restores full access to all of your data.

Right of withdrawal (Art. 6:230o Dutch Civil Code). For digital services you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after entering into the agreement. With WrapSheet, the delivery of the digital service starts immediately upon activation of the free introductory month. By starting the free month you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the first paid period begins. This procedure is fully consistent with the standard Apple subscription flow (Art. 6:230p (g) Dutch Civil Code).

Je gaat ermee akkoord WrapSheet niet te gebruiken voor:

• illegale activiteiten, fraude of misleiding;
• het reverse-engineeren, decompileren of disassembleren van de app, behoudens voor zover dit op grond van dwingend recht is toegestaan (Auteurswet Art. 45j, interoperabiliteit);
• het verstoren, overbelasten of beschadigen van de dienst of de onderliggende infrastructuur;
• het uploaden van auteursrechtelijk beschermd materiaal waarvoor je geen rechten of toestemming hebt — dit geldt in het bijzonder voor draaiplanning-PDF's en andere productiedocumenten.

Verantwoordelijkheid bij het importeren van draaiplanningen. Wanneer je een draaiplanning of vergelijkbaar document uploadt voor verwerking, ben je er zelf verantwoordelijk voor dat je toestemming hebt om de daarin opgenomen persoonsgegevens van derden (zoals crewleden, contacten, locaties en eigenaren) te verwerken via WrapSheet. Wij verwerken die gegevens uitsluitend in jouw opdracht en uitsluitend om de gevraagde import uit te voeren.

You agree not to use WrapSheet for:

• illegal activities, fraud or deception;
• reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the app, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law (Dutch Copyright Act Art. 45j, interoperability);
• disrupting, overloading or damaging the service or its underlying infrastructure;
• uploading copyrighted material for which you do not hold the rights or required permission — this applies in particular to shooting-schedule PDFs and other production documents.

Responsibility when importing shooting schedules. When you upload a shooting schedule or comparable document for processing, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to process the personal data of third parties contained in it (such as crew members, contacts, locations and owners) via WrapSheet. We process that data solely on your instructions and only to carry out the requested import.

Je behoudt alle rechten op de gegevens die je in WrapSheet invoert: je projecten, bonnen, werkdagen, kilometerregistratie, voorschotten, facturen, contacten, locaties, voertuigen, draaiplanningen en alle andere inhoud die je toevoegt.

Om de dienst te kunnen leveren verleen je ons een niet-exclusieve, royalty-vrije, herroepelijke, geografisch onbeperkte en in tijd beperkte licentie om jouw inhoud te verwerken, uitsluitend voor zover dat noodzakelijk is om de functionaliteit te leveren die je gebruikt. Concreet:

• het verzenden van een bon-foto naar Google Gemini voor OCR-herkenning via de Slimme Scanner;
• het verzenden van een draaiplanning naar Google Gemini om werkdagen te extraheren.

Wij claimen geen eigendom over jouw inhoud en gebruiken die inhoud niet om AI-modellen te trainen, niet voor reclame en niet voor enig ander doel dan het leveren van de dienst aan jou.

You retain all rights to the data you enter in WrapSheet: your projects, receipts, workdays, mileage records, cash advances, invoices, contacts, locations, vehicles, shooting schedules and any other content you add.

To enable us to deliver the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide and time-limited licence to process your content, solely to the extent necessary to provide the functionality you use. Specifically:

• sending a receipt photo to Google Gemini for OCR recognition via the Smart Scanner;
• sending a shooting schedule to Google Gemini to extract workdays.

We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train AI models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

De Slimme Scanner en de draaiplanning-import maken gebruik van het Gemini-taalmodel van Google. Deze functies zijn een hulpmiddel — geen vervanging voor menselijke controle.

Automatisch herkende waarden zoals bedragen, datums, btw-percentages, leveranciersnamen, werkdagen en starttijden kunnen onjuist zijn. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en zo nodig corrigeren van elke automatisch ingevulde waarde voordat je een bon, werkdag of factuur definitief opslaat of indient.

Wij garanderen niet dat de uitkomsten van de AI-functies 100% accuraat, volledig of geschikt zijn voor een specifiek doel.

The Smart Scanner ("Slimme Scanner") and the shooting-schedule import use Google's Gemini language model. These features are an aid — not a substitute for human review.

Automatically recognised values such as amounts, dates, VAT percentages, supplier names, workdays and start times may be incorrect. You are responsible for checking and, where needed, correcting every automatically filled value before you finalise or submit a receipt, workday or invoice.

We do not warrant that the results of the AI features are 100% accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

WrapSheet genereert facturen volgens het standaardformaat van de Nederlandse Belastingdienst voor facturen, met de vereiste vermeldingen op grond van Art. 35a Wet OB 1968. Facturen kunnen geëxporteerd worden als PDF, UBL 2.1 of NLCIUS.

WrapSheet is geen belastingadviseur, accountant of administratiekantoor. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor:

• de juistheid van btw-percentages, btw-categorieën en btw-vrijstellingen op je facturen;
• tijdige indiening van btw-aangiftes en inkomstenbelastingaangiftes;
• de 7-jaars fiscale bewaarplicht van facturen, bonnen en andere fiscale stukken (Art. 52 AWR). WrapSheet bewaart geen serverside kopieën van je facturen — bewaar zelf periodiek een export op een veilige plek;
• het juist toepassen van eventuele aftrekposten (zoals zelfstandigenaftrek of MKB-winstvrijstelling) in je aangifte.

Bij twijfel over fiscale toepassing: raadpleeg je accountant of de Belastingdienst.

WrapSheet generates invoices following the standard format of the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst), including the mandatory items required under Art. 35a of the Dutch VAT Act (Wet OB 1968). Invoices can be exported as PDF, UBL 2.1 or NLCIUS.

WrapSheet is not a tax advisor, accountant or bookkeeping firm. You are yourself responsible for:

• the correctness of VAT rates, VAT categories and VAT exemptions on your invoices;
• timely filing of VAT returns and income-tax returns;
• the 7-year tax retention obligation for invoices, receipts and other fiscal records (Art. 52 of the General Tax Act, AWR). WrapSheet does not keep server-side copies of your invoices — periodically export and store them yourself in a safe place;
• correctly applying any deductions (such as self-employment or SME profit exemptions) in your tax return.

If in doubt about a tax matter, consult your accountant or the Belastingdienst.

WrapSheet wordt geleverd "as is" en "as available". Wij doen redelijke inspanningen om de dienst betrouwbaar en accuraat te houden, maar geven geen garanties dat de dienst foutloos of ononderbroken werkt.

Voor zover toegestaan door dwingend recht sluiten wij aansprakelijkheid uit voor:

• verlies van gegevens (maak periodiek een export of backup);
• onjuiste of onvolledige resultaten van de Slimme Scanner of de draaiplanning-import;
• tijdelijke onderbrekingen, vertragingen of storingen in de dienst of in diensten van derden waarvan WrapSheet gebruikmaakt (Apple, Supabase, Google Gemini, Cloudflare);
• indirecte schade, gevolgschade, gederfde winst of gederfde omzet als gevolg van het gebruik of de onmogelijkheid tot gebruik van de app.

Uitdrukkelijke uitzonderingen. De hierboven genoemde uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid geldt niet voor:

• (a) opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid aan onze zijde of aan de zijde van personen voor wie wij aansprakelijk zijn;
• (b) schade waarvoor wij dwingendrechtelijk aansprakelijk zijn, waaronder begrepen aansprakelijkheid voor dood of letsel (personenschade);
• (c) rechten die jou als consument toekomen op grond van dwingend recht, in het bijzonder Art. 6:236 en 6:237 BW (zwarte en grijze lijst van onredelijk bezwarende bedingen) en de wettelijke conformiteitsregels.

Aansprakelijkheidsmaximum. Voor zover wij wel aansprakelijk zijn en behoudens de hiervoor genoemde uitzonderingen, is onze totale aansprakelijkheid per gebeurtenis en per kalenderjaar beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de twaalf (12) maanden voorafgaand aan het schadeveroorzakende feit aan abonnementsgelden voor WrapSheet hebt betaald.

WrapSheet is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we exclude liability for:

• data loss (periodically export or back up your data);
• incorrect or incomplete results from the Smart Scanner or the shooting-schedule import;
• temporary interruptions, delays or outages of the service or of third-party services WrapSheet relies on (Apple, Supabase, Google Gemini, Cloudflare);
• indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost revenue resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app.

Express carve-outs. The above exclusion of liability does not apply to:

• (a) intent or wilful recklessness on our part or on the part of persons for whom we are liable;
• (b) damages for which we are liable under mandatory law, including liability for death or bodily injury;
• (c) rights granted to you as a consumer under mandatory law, in particular Articles 6:236 and 6:237 of the Dutch Civil Code (black-list and grey-list of unreasonably onerous terms) and the statutory conformity rules.

Liability cap. To the extent we are liable and subject to the carve-outs above, our total liability per event and per calendar year is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees for WrapSheet during the twelve (12) months preceding the event causing the damage.

Jouw rechten. Je kunt op elk moment:

• je abonnement opzeggen via Instellingen → Apple ID → Abonnementen op je Apple-apparaat;
• je account verwijderen via Instellingen → Account verwijderen in de app — dit verwijdert je serverside-gegevens binnen 30 dagen.

Onze rechten. Wij kunnen je account of toegang tot de dienst beëindigen na schriftelijke kennisgeving van 14 dagen, bijvoorbeeld bij wijzigingen van de dienst of bij beëindiging van het product. Onmiddellijke beëindiging zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving is alleen toegestaan in geval van:

• (a) fraude of misleiding aan jouw zijde;
• (b) ernstig illegaal gebruik van de dienst;
• (c) een acuut veiligheids- of integriteitsrisico voor andere gebruikers of voor de dienst.

Data-uitloop. Bij beëindiging door ons behoud je gedurende 30 dagen leestoegang om je gegevens te exporteren, tenzij dat door dringende juridische of veiligheidsredenen onmogelijk is. Na deze periode kunnen wij jouw serverside-data permanent verwijderen.

Your rights. You may at any time:

• cancel your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your Apple device;
• delete your account via Settings → Delete account in the app — this removes your server-side data within 30 days.

Our rights. We may terminate your account or access to the service after 14 days' written notice, for example if we change or discontinue the service. Immediate termination without prior notice is only permitted in the case of:

• (a) fraud or deception on your part;
• (b) serious illegal use of the service;
• (c) an acute safety or integrity risk to other users or to the service.

Data run-out. If we terminate, you retain 30 days of read-only access to export your data, unless that is impossible for compelling legal or safety reasons. After that period we may permanently delete your server-side data.

Op deze gebruiksvoorwaarden en op het gebruik van WrapSheet is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Geschillen die voortvloeien uit of verband houden met deze voorwaarden worden in eerste aanleg voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Amsterdam, onverminderd het recht van consumenten om een geschil aanhangig te maken bij de rechter van hun woonplaats op grond van Verordening (EU) nr. 1215/2012 (Brussel I-bis), artikel 18.

Alternatieve geschillenbeslechting (ADR). WrapSheet is niet aangesloten bij een geschillencommissie. Het Europese ODR-platform is op 20 juli 2025 buiten gebruik gesteld (Verordening (EU) 2024/3228, die Verordening (EU) nr. 524/2013 intrekt). Consumenten kunnen contact opnemen met een nationale ADR-entiteit van hun keuze of het geschil voorleggen aan de bevoegde rechter zoals hierboven beschreven.

These terms of use and the use of WrapSheet are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam at first instance, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring a dispute before the court of their place of residence pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I-bis), Article 18.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR). WrapSheet is not affiliated with any dispute-resolution body. The European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, repealing Regulation (EU) No 524/2013). Consumers may contact a national ADR entity of their choice or bring the dispute before the competent court as described above.
